Daniel Ambriz, Project Manager
Current Project Management was founded by Daniel Ambriz, an experienced project manager with a decade of delivering complex, high-visibility projects across the public and private sectors. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a career spanning multimillion-dollar capital improvements, commercial developments, multi-family housing, and high-end residential design, Daniel brings a comprehensive understanding of how projects move from concept through construction.
Daniel is known for his strategic yet hands-on leadership - coordinating interdisciplinary teams, improving project delivery timelines, and ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. His approach emphasizes clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative alignment with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Current Project Management reflects his commitment to delivering reliable oversight, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring every project progresses with clarity, accountability, and confidence.
Elana Ambriz, Client Relations & Project Development Lead
Elana brings a sharp eye for opportunity and a warm, client-focused approach to every project at Current PM. As our Client Relations & Project Development Lead, she helps clients uncover properties with strong upside potential, whether evaluating listings, identifying remodel possibilities, or envisioning how a home can be transformed to better serve its future owners.
With a natural talent for design and interior aesthetics, Elana offers thoughtful guidance on layout improvements, finish selections, and overall project vision. She bridges the gap between function and style, helping clients see what’s possible long before construction begins.
Elana is also the approachable, day-to-day point of contact for many of our clients—ensuring communication is clear, questions are answered, and the experience feels seamless from start to finish. Her blend of creativity, insight, and genuine care strengthens every project and contributes to the high level of service that defines Current PM.
